Let’s talk about sleep! A well rested brain is more creative. It has the extra energy needed to think outside the box and find new solutions. How are you sleeping? Here is the first of a couple tips for getting better sleep that I’m going to share this month…Get off the screens 1/2 before bed. The light from the screen confuses your brain. Switch over to reading, cleaning beads, coloring*, something on your joy list. You may find those activities encourage creativity more than the activities you normally do with the screens anyway!
